DEPOSIT 

 Your booking is confirmed when we have received your deposit of 25% of the rent. If a reservation is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

FINAL PAYMENT 

 The balance of the rent and the Security Deposit are payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the visit. 

A Security Deposit of £40.00 is requested with the final payment to cover losses, damages and additional cleaning charges if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition. The deposit, less any deductions if necessary, will normally be returned direct to you within 7 days of the end of the tenancy, except in those cases where an estimate has to be obtained for the cost of repairs or replacements. Your liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit and you are liable for the full amount of any damages.

If for reasons beyond our control, the cottage is unavailable through storm, flood, fire or similar reason, your compensation will be restricted to the full refund of all monies paid in advance.

Payment is also acceptable in Euros or $US @ exchange rates applicable at time of payment (to be advised). We are unable to accept payment by either Debit or Credit cards.
